1. Keep things simple: Just do the things that make your business function. The things that make it work properly.The more you add to your plate will just make your business harder to run.
2. Model after successful people: If you model after successful people you will become successful. Mentors, business people, motivators, inspirational speakers. When you do this you have people at your disposal to ask them questions and for them to give you advice, You might even to pick their brains. All this info will help you to avoid mistakes.
3. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel: Follow what works! There are other people out there to test things and find out what works. Don’t over complicate things.
My business was a mess before I starting living by these 3 things. I had no structure. I was working all day and all night. Didn’t know how to run a business and didn’t know the steps to take to do what I needed to make it a routine and do it in 3-4 hrs a day. Now I have all other time to myself!
